■pR300 features

The pR300 is suitable for all applications, but is especially recommended for subcritical cascade CO2 plants due to the integration of an electronic expansion valve controlling the heat exchanger plates.

■pR300 improves the standard version and increases the number of serial lines to manage integrated devices, USB ports, drivers, and input/output terminal customization.

・Performance: We have improved both the calculation speed and memory capacity of the hardware platform. It features precise high-speed operating conditions, management of multiple serial lines, and the ability to manage up to eight languages ​​on the same device. ・USB port: A common data storage device allows you to copy the entire configuration and copy the same configuration to other devices. - EEV integrated driver: Directly manage up to two step electronic expansion valves, reducing cables inside the panel and reducing control system size. Facilitate interaction between refrigeration units and electronic expansion valves to optimize equipment operation and ensure plant safety with backup power. ・Input/output terminal flexibility: “Chip I/O” technology improves input terminal flexibility and reading accuracy. Each analog input terminal can be configured independently: NTC, PTC, PT100, PT500, PT1000, 0/1V, 0/5V, 0/10V, 0/20mA, 4/20mA, clean digital input (standard and high speed ).

■EEVS: Electronic Expansion Valve Synchronization

The pR300's EEVS is a new communication system between the cryogenic plant and the electronic expansion valve management driver of the heat exchange plate. In a cascade system (subcritical CO2), the cryogenic plant can communicate with the driver and adjust the evaporator capacity based on the refrigeration capacity and CO2 condensation pressure, eliminating additional probes and accurately obtaining the condensation pressure. Masu. Traditional superheat regulation is measured by controlling the CO2 condensation pressure. .
