PRack is a CAREL product that provides complete management of centralized CO2 refrigeration units.

■With the new control system pR100T, CAREL offers a fully integrated solution for small systems. The hardware is based on the PCO compact platform and is a compact solution to management systems such as condensing units. pR100T allows you to control the following:

・Compressor (time rotation inverter) ・Fan (on/off, EC) ・High pressure valve (HPV) control (optimal algorithm for pressure calculation) ・Flash bubble adjustment (receiver pressure - safety equipment connected to HPV) ・Save procedures (fault synchronization with case controller) Ease of use is an advantage, with a wizard guiding the user step-by-step through the initial factory configuration. By answering questions automatically generated by the machine, pRack automatically configures the main initial parameters required for the safe launch of the opportunity. This compact solution allows direct management of HPV and RPRV valves with an external driver and backup power supply. The extensibility of the pRack platform allows you to use the same user interface for these types of applications, saving installation costs.

- Ease of use: pRack has been developed with a focus on ease of use, with various updates, processes, and tools making it easier for users to use the ESS control system. ESS (Energy Saving Suite) refers to a collection of energy saving functions that can be used in combination with a monitoring system. ・Factory optimization: Modular crisis management adjusts operating pressure to maximum efficiency and stabilizes the system.
