PRack is a CAREL product that provides complete management of centralized CO2 refrigeration units.

■pR300T is ideal for CO2 booster systems. The pRack pR300T platform was developed for CO2 transcritical plants and is continually improved to allow users to easily manage complex equipment structures.

・Complete management of transcritical CO2 plants through independent control ・Simple and intuitive user interface (customizable) ・Quick access to monitoring systems ・Quick access to program screens (USB host and device) ・Security and backup procedures ・High flexibility (multiple boards, customizable I/O)

■The pR300T control system has the following advantages.

・Oil management (cooling-injection-separation) ・Heat recovery (double exchanger and gas cooler bypass) ・HPV valve control (optimal algorithm for pressure calculation) ・Flash bubble adjustment (receiver pressure - safety equipment connected to HPV) ・Save procedures (fault synchronization with case controller) ・Integration with chill booster (adiabatic cooling system for air condenser) ・Activation of parallel pressure (auxiliary compressor for receiver pressure adjustment)

Direct management of HPV and RPRV valves: Built-in driver for step expansion valves eliminates the need to install external drivers for valve management. With backup power supply, the safety level of the factory is maximized.
