About This Product

■Manufacturing method that fastens the shaft with a taper lockThe shaft and pulley tube body are not fixed by welding or shrink fitting, but by tightening with a taper lock. The belt of a belt conveyor is tensioned in order to properly transmit the force of the motor, but when the load of the conveyed object on the belt is added to it, the belt is further pulled, and the stress is transferred to the shaft of the drive pulley/tail pulley. Large stress is concentrated between the boss/mirror.

In order to easily absorb and disperse such large stress, it is safer and more reliable to mechanically fasten with a taper lock than to weld at the point where the stress is concentrated. Regardless of the taper lock tightening method, we manufacture and deliver any type of pulley, whether it is a pulley with a built-in bearing or a pulley in which the shaft and mirror are directly welded, according to the drawings provided by the customer and in accordance with our in-house manufacturing standards. I'm doing it.

If requested, we have a system in place that allows us to actually test the manufactured pulleys under the specified actual load in our laboratory and submit an inspection report.
