Therefore, the motor output is about 2.2kW at most, the pulley diameter is compact with φ80, 113, 138, and 165mm, and the speed can be varied from a slow 1.8m/min to a fast 240m/min to meet your needs. ■IP66/67 dustproof/waterproof, energy saving & safety
The feature is that it uses oil cooling, which cools down the heat generated by the motor by filling 1/3 of the oil inside the pulley. Enables IP66/67 dust/water resistance to prevent water/dust from entering the pulley. It is an extremely energy-saving product with a power transmission rate of 90%, as it has a mechanism that directly transmits the power of the motor to the pulley body using only gears, without using chains/sprockets, etc.
It is safe and space-saving because it does not require transmission parts such as chains. Another advantage is that it frees you from daily maintenance such as chain adjustment and oiling.

We offer models with applicable pipe diameters of φ80/113/138/165, types with hot-vulcanized tooth-shaped NBR rubber on the motor pulley, and types with SUS sprockets for modular belts. . In addition, for food products, the motor pulley is made entirely of SUS, or the tooth-shaped NBR rubber is coated with FDA-approved food rubber.
