About This Product

A motor pulley is a drive pulley used to drive a belt conveyor, with a reduction gear inside the pulley.

When speaking of a motor pulley in Japan, everyone imagines a simple motor pulley used in portable conveyors with a maximum capacity of 3.7kW, but in Europe and the United States, the motor output is 250kW, the diameter is φ1,000mm, and the pulley length is maximum. From large ones such as 2,400 mm to small ones of 0.02 kW, diameter φ80, and pulley length 200 mm, we have a wide range of motor pulleys of all sizes that can be operated continuously for 24 hours, and are suitable for transporting coal at thermal power plants. It is widely used in everything from conveyors to package transport conveyors in pharmaceutical factories.

■IP66/67 dustproof/waterproof, energy saving & safetyThe feature is that it uses oil cooling, which cools down the heat generated by the motor by filling 1/3 of the oil inside the pulley. At the same time, it has IP66/67 dustproof/waterproof properties that prevent water/dust from entering the pulley. The motor pulley is a mechanism that directly transmits the power of the motor to the pulley tube using only gears, without using chains/sprockets, etc., so it is an extremely energy-saving product with a power transmission rate in the 90% range.

It is safe and space-saving because it does not require transmission parts such as chains. Another advantage is that it frees you from daily maintenance such as chain adjustment and oiling.
