About This Product

■Summary

A 3D camera is used to photograph the "small end" of a log and quickly measure the diameter. Since the diameter class of a log is determined based on its "shape" rather than its "color," it can accurately detect even if the log is dirty. By placing the 3D camera on a single-axis table, the measurement distance between the 3D camera and logs is always kept constant, increasing detection accuracy even on lines where different logs are flowing.

■It is OK even if the length of the log is uneven.

The 1-axis table automatically moves the camera to the optimal location, making it possible to measure even logs with uneven lengths.

■ Accurate measurement even if the log is dirty

Using a 3D camera, measurements are taken from the shape rather than the color, so accurate values ​​can be displayed without any problems even if there is dirt.

■Realizes highly accurate detection

Since the camera automatically moves to the optimal location for measurement, the original performance of a distance image camera can be demonstrated, achieving highly accurate detection.

■Can be installed on the sawmill line

We will be as flexible as possible in making proposals that can be installed on existing lines to suit the customer's site.
