About This Product

■Pursuing ease of use and safety

The ultra-compact actuator [JX-05M type] is an electric operating machine developed for small-diameter globe valves and gate valves. As a pioneer in valve actuators, we have designed actuators that can meet our customers' needs by leveraging our many years of experience. As a result of our pursuit of ease of use and safety, we have equipped the machine with a handwheel as standard equipment and adopted an automatic return mechanism for switching from manual to electric power. Features

■Automatic return

In pursuit of ease of handling and safety, we have adopted a declutch lever for switching to manual mode, and an automatic return mechanism for switching to electric mode. After switching to manual mode using the declutch lever and operating the handwheel, there is no need to switch back to electric mode. When the motor starts, it automatically returns to the electric state.

■Uses worm gear system

It has a simple structure that uses a worm gear for the power transmission mechanism. The adoption of a worm gear ensures self-locking during both electric and manual operation.

■The worm gear is made of high-strength bronze.

・The housing is made of aluminum alloy to reduce weight. Microswitches are used as torque switches and limit switches. It is safe as there are no exposed live parts. The limit switch has an intermittent gear so there is no twisting after setting.

■Motor power supply

Single phase (F type) 100/110V 50Hz 100/110V 60Hz 200/220V 50Hz 200/220V 60Hz Three-phase (E class): 200/220V 50Hz 200/220V 60Hz 400/440V 50Hz 400/440V 60Hz
