About This Product

■ Use

Book, optical window, lens, prism, filter, AR coat membrane, etc. Single crystals are used for both infrared to ultraviolet light elements.

■ Characteristics

Effective transparency range: 190 to 7,000 nm. (Visible light range is 400 to 700 nm) Reflectionlock rate: 1.48 to 1.3. It is an optical crystal that is useful for products that build a multi -band system because of the permeability of wide bandwidth. MGF2 crystals are one of the infrared optical crystals, which have the lowest refractive index after LIF, and are resistant to thermal shocks and mechanical shocks, and have about twice the hardness of CAF2 (fluated magnesium). However, it is half the hardness of GE (germanium). In order to make it the smallest multiple bending as an optical system (001), the board cuts the board with a C -optical axis that is vertical on a plane/parallel surface. There are three types of MGF2 crystals. ・ IR grade (multi -crystal) ・ UV grade (Suppress double bending from IR grades) ・ VUV grade (less susceptible to radiation -induced colors in the vacuum ultraviolet area)
