About This Product

It is a YAG crystal with chromium, turium, and hormiums to oscillate 2,080 to 2,100 nm bands. It is mainly installed in optical equipment for medical care and is used for laser equipment such as removal of gallstones and dental care. ■ Additional concentration This crystal contains three types of element ions. The dope concentration varies slightly depending on the manufacturer, but can be manufactured in CR: 0.3 ~ 1.8%, TL: 5-8%, HO: 0.3 ~ 0.4%. ■ Characteristics CTH: YAG is a laser crystal exciting with xenon lamps. CR absorbs flash lamp energy, HO works as a mediation for moving the operation ions, and TM is a mediation for moving energy. The oscillation wavelength of 2,080 to 2,100 nm is easily absorbed by water and can be used as a surgical medical laser inside the human body. Chromium and Tsurium dope act as optical increase, improving oscillation efficiency in room temperature operation. 2,100nm can also be used as a pump light as a parametric oscillator such as SHG. ■ Number of provided It can be widely used from one for prototypes or experiments to stable supply for mass production plans.
