About This Product

Purpose

■Leaf type inner diameter measuring head

This is a contact type measuring head that uses a plate spring with carbide balls. Suitable for measuring surfaces with a width of 4 mm or less and surface roughness exceeding 3.2 μmRy (Rmax). Furthermore, when applied to a blind hole, it is possible to measure the deepest part.

■Ball contact type inner diameter measuring head

It is a contact type measuring head similar to the leaf type. It is mainly used when it is difficult to measure with the leaf type, and because the carbide ball probe rolls on the measurement surface due to air flow, it has the advantage of less wear on the ball and fewer scratches on the measurement workpiece.

■Slit nozzle measuring head

The non-contact measurable range is greatly expanded, further expanding the range of applications. ・Minimum workpiece measurement width 0.5mm for back pressure type ・Minimum workpiece measurement width 0.9mm for flow rate type

■Measurement example
