■Features

PML is available in the PLM-1 series, which is equipped with a machine control sequencer and machine operation panel functions, and the PLM-2 series, which does not have a machine control section. Both series allow you to build a measurement system with up to 4 points for both air and electric micrometers (up to 8 detectors for electric micrometers). In addition, the display section uses a color LCD touch panel with 8-color display, which improves both visibility and operability by not only displaying measured values ​​but also color judgments, bar graphs, and control chart graphs. The measurement value calculation function supports a variety of measurements. By inputting temperature correction as a separate option, it is possible to display measured values ​​at 20°C without being affected by the measurement temperature environment. The master set realizes easy operation with one-touch operation, and is also equipped with an auto master function using key input or external input. It supports measurement of various types of workpieces up to 32 points, and once the data is input, there is no need to input data such as master and rank settings even if the workpiece to be measured changes. It is possible to output feedback signals to the processing machine by displaying the UCL/LCL control chart graph. Equipped with a variety of counter functions such as an NG repeat counter, selection counter, and judgment output counter, it is possible to output signals using the preset counter function.
