■ Automatic packaging solution ideal for packing small size products
The FLAP'IT! ™ system based on ergonomics is an optimal automation solution for packing small size products. It demonstrates excellent protection skills in e -commerce and logistics delivery operations such as books, game software, DVDs, parts, small electronic devices, etc. A shock absorption bumper is created in the four corners of the box made in Flap'it!, Significantly reducing damage during transportation and reducing the return rate.
In FLAP'it!, The cardboard paper loaded on the magazine is tied to the cross. The product is placed on top of it, and then the inner cardboard is folded according to the height of the product. Then, after folding the outside cardboard, it is ready to ship with hot melt. Small luggage can be delivered by letter box.
