About This Product

Ultrasonic solder drawing equipment has a proven track record in mass production in fields such as thin-film solar cells, organic EL, dynamic glass, and automotive glass. By pre-soldering the glass using ultrasonic waves and joining the special electrode material Cera Ribbon, it is possible to extract electrons and apply voltage.

■Product Features This is a device for bonding electrodes to glass substrates for solar cells, dimming glass, organic EL, etc. It is common knowledge that glass cannot be soldered, but it is possible to solder to glass using our special solder and ultrasonic soldering technology. By joining rectangular copper wire coated with special solder to the soldered area, it becomes electrode wiring for extracting charge from solar cells and electrode wiring for applying voltage to dimming glass, etc.

■Solar cell electrode wiring

For aspherical glass, we use an articulated robot to wire the electrodes.

■Cosmetic tape pasting

Using 5x10 size glass substrate transport and XYZ mechanism, it can also be used for tape attachment.
