About This Product

■Product overview

・Bracket for attaching the proximity sensor (screw type) ・Suitable for screw type M8, M12, M18, M30 sizes ・Protects the proximity sensor from collision with the workpiece ・One-touch replacement of the proximity sensor, and the stopper structure eliminates the need to adjust the proximity sensor position. ・Can be installed with our proximity sensor bracket

■One-touch exchange

・Since the quick mount remains fixed to the bracket (equipment side), the distance from the workpiece is maintained and there is no need to readjust it. - Sensors can be attached and detached with one touch using a wrench.

■Precautions when installing the sensor

・When inserting the sensor, the operation indicator light may be hidden, so please check this before use. ・Cannot be used for non-shielded type sensors. This may adversely affect detection performance and cause malfunction. ・After installing the proximity sensor, check that there are no abnormalities in the detection characteristics before use.

■Installation method

- Insert the proximity sensor into the quick mount and secure it with the sensor fixing nut. When fixing, insert it until it hits the tip stopper. ・Attach the quick mount to the bracket (equipment side). Adjust with the workpiece and secure with the positioning nut.
