About This Product
■ Characteristics
・ It is a rust prevention series with low -temperature and black chromium processing on the standard type bearing rail.
・ To enhance dustproofness, the side seal is standardized, and up to 20%of the rails are lighter.
・ We also have a variety of stickers as options.
-The lithium soap base grease is shipped to the bearing, but it can also be changed to various environmental grease.
・ Some model number options are not compatible/Various grease support
■ Side seal standardization
To enhance dustproofness, a side seal is equipped as standard. You can expect more invasion of foreign substances and prolong the life.
■ Lightening
The weight of the rails has been reduced by reviewing the height and cross -sectional shape. Up to 20 % lighter can be reduced (compared to our company)
■ High losance
Review of the grease supply route and install the grease in the ball circulating road, improving the lubricating performance than the conventional product.
■ Complete compatibility
Bearing and rails are fully compatible, so there is no need to mark the bearing and rails, so you can shorten the assembly time.
■ Ball falling prevention prevention
The ball incorporated in the bearing has a structure that does not drop off, so there is no worry about missing, but when the bearing is incorporated into the rails, insert it slowly in parallel.
■ Standardization of significant rail length
The rail length can be standardized, and the delivery date can be reduced, and the delivery date is the easiest to use, so that all guide rail lengths can be correspond to the length rail length and symmetrical mounting pitch position.
■ Simplification of maintenance
The bearing is shipped with a lithium soap group grease enclosed, but both sides have oil holes, so we recommend that you replenish grease regularly.
