About This Product

The high-cycle autoclave uses a direct heating and cooling method, making it possible to significantly reduce molding time and energy consumption compared to conventional autoclave molding. It was born as a more efficient compact autoclave while retaining the ease of use of Dandelion. It can be used when a large number of test pieces are required for heat molding tests of various composite materials such as CFRP and various pressure evaluation tests. In addition to inputting setting values ​​using the touch panel on the device itself, it is also possible to input and manage data using a PC. Features

■Realization of efficient autoclave molding

Direct heating and cooling method reduces molding time and energy consumption by more than 50% compared to conventional autoclave molding.

■Suitable for molding a wide range of matrix materials

Various CFRTP moldings are realized by heater options.

■Flexible control program settings

In addition to 10 heating and pressurizing steps, cooling speed can also be set. In addition to 4 heater control thermocouples, 4 monitoring thermocouples can be used.
