About This Product

■Materials used

・Inner and outer box material: SUS#304 stainless steel plate ・Insulation material: imported high strength PU foam insulation material ・Sweat prevention parts: Uses the thermal energy of the system's K-shaped tube and film-shaped heating wire to prevent sweat.

■Control system

OYO U8256 allows you to connect the RS232 interface to an external PC to set temperature curves and record temperatures during tests. The display screen features a touch-sensitive TFT color LCD digital temperature/humidity program controller or equivalent. Mode that can run 1200 segments

■ Refrigeration system

Energy-saving hermetic compressor imported from overseas.

■Heating system

SUS#304 fin type electric heating tube is used for heating, heating, cooling, humidification, and dehumidification.

■Air volume circulation system

Adopts multi-blade centrifugal fan and closed motor, vertical diffusion, horizontal exchange and arc circulating air supply.

■Uniform measurement

Set 9 temperature measurement points and 2 humidity measurement points at a distance of 50cm or more from the inner wall at a temperature of 85℃ and humidity of 85%, and measure when the temperature and humidity reach the program setting values. If the value is within 20 minutes, the uniformity of temperature and humidity distribution can meet the above requirements.

■Humidity

According to IEC 61646-10.12 wet freezing test, if the temperature increases at 100℃ per minute, when the program temperature reaches 85℃, the humidity should reach 85%RH ± 5%RH within 10 minutes of calculation .

■Others

・Comes with a protection switch without a fuse with devices such as pressure protection and explosion-proof protection. - Specific testable module specifications of the equipment can be customized according to customer needs.

■Attached equipment

・Double-layer silicone that is resistant to low temperatures and high pressures ・One test hole can be used for external connection ・Composite anti-fog line vacuum glass window ・Insulated PL high brightness lighting - 1 RO pure water system, 1.5 liters/min water demand: 30 ton cooling water tower or ice water unit water temperature 30 liters/min, water inlet and return pipe diameter: 2 inches.
