About This Product

■Characteristics of DCS method

・Continuous operation is possible without interruption due to defrosting. Compared to methods that use a dehumidifier, it takes less time to reach low humidity, requires about 1/4 of the equipment power, and consumes even less power, making it quite economical. ・Compared to the conventional method, the installation space is only larger due to the number of cooling coils. Maintenance is only required in one direction, making it a space-saving device. - Only the cooling coil is switched inside the air conditioner, so the overall specific heat remains unchanged. Thanks to a number of innovations, disturbances during switching have been reduced to an extremely low level. The disturbance during switching is at worst about 1℃/2% and settles down in about 10 minutes. ・Humidity control is our unique CSC method. Compared to the conventional PID method, the power consumption is definitely less than half, making it the ultimate energy-saving device. Additionally, since the system cools and dehumidifies only as much as is necessary, stable humidity control is possible even without a humidifier when operating conditions are lower and lower humidity than room temperature. ・This device can also be operated in high temperature and high humidity conditions. Even under these conditions, the amount of reheating and rehumidification will be very small because the system will not cool or dehumidify more than necessary. Since the humidifier's operating rate is low, troubles due to scale accumulation are less likely to occur. It is very economical as the maintenance cycle of the humidifier becomes longer. ・The biggest advantage of being able to operate continuously at low temperature and low humidity without using a dehumidifier is the low equipment power consumption and low power consumption. In fact, even when the dehumidifier is stopped, the heater is turned on periodically to prevent the rotor from absorbing moisture, so it consumes electricity even when it is not operating.
