About This Product
■Description
A multi-purpose mold grease based on fluorine oil and PTFE as a thickener.
Can be used for all parts of molding machines such as small small diameter pins, ejector pins, slide cores, cams, etc. Demonstrates excellent heat resistance, abrasion resistance, gas resistance, and chemical resistance. It does not affect plastic or rubber, so it will not damage molded products. Can be lubricated in small quantities. Contains no silicon, molybdenum, lead, etc. It has high stability over a wide operating temperature range of -30℃ to 260℃ and extremely low volatility, making it possible to lubricate over a long life and in a clean environment.
Can be used in areas where maintenance cannot be performed frequently or in guide shafts where continuous molding cannot be stopped.
■Fluorine ingredient
PTFE is thickened with PFPE, which has high chemical stability. Contains no silicon molybdenum, lead, etc.
■Features
It hardly separates, hardens, or dries, and has extremely low volatility, so it can be used safely even at high temperatures, and provides long-term lubrication.
■Intended use
Can be used for all parts of press molds, punch molds, die casting molds, injection molds, simple molds, composite molds, press molds, press equipment, casting equipment and molding machines. Ejector pins, slide cores, angular pins, bushes, chains, cams, gears, small diameter pins. Pumps and valves that come into contact with corrosive gases and liquids (halogens, liquid oxygen, etc.)
■Precautions for use
Please wipe off excess oil completely before applying. Do not mix with other greases. If grease is stored for a long time, the oil will continue to separate due to gravity. The remaining grease surface must be smoothed after use to prevent oil separation.
