About This Product

■Description

Golden grease is a special grease called a hybrid grease, which is an organometallic complex of a special high polymer, soft metal nanopowder, and special oil. It maintains the lubricating performance of high-temperature grease up to 230℃, and forms a special heat-resistant protective film up to 800℃ to prevent metal from seizing and galling. It lubricates molds, releases die casting molds, and protects precious molds from water, steam, gas, and chemicals.

■Features

A high-grade high-temperature lubricant based on a newly developed polymer. Particularly effective for heavily loaded sliding surfaces, friction parts between metals, and threaded parts. Prevents fusion between die casting mold and molten metal, and aids in mold release. A special heat-resistant protective film formed on the metal surface prevents corrosion from heat, water vapor, gas, etc., and protects the metal from galling, seizure, electric contact, and corrosion.
