About This Product
Anest Iwata developed the world's first oil -free dry crawl vacuum pump in 1992. It solves oil pollution and maintenance issues, and has been used by a wide range of customers, from physics and chemical's advanced industries to general applications.
Dry crawl vacuum pumps, which do not use oil in the gas passage in the pump and can be continuously exhausted from atmospheric pressure, have a large dry vacuum pump market, which was expensive and only used in some facilities. I spread it.
■ Features
・ Clean exhaust ・ Vacuum pump portion is not used for lubricating oil or watering, and no bearing in the tangent gas portion. A complete dry type gives a clean vacuum and no oil smoke.
-The structure is on a complete dry type, and the air flash function has improved water vapor, durability, and maintenance cycle.
・ Workability is different because the vacuum degree does not drop even if driving for a long time due to the pressure of peace of mind.
・ Because it is a scrolling of a low noise turning movement, it has a soft sound quality. It can be installed at hand.

■ Use
Vacuum chuck, vacuum cleaning drying (water system only), vacuum transport, vacuum packaging, vacuum molding, powdered body transportation (prevention of powder, etc.), gas removal, leak test, etc.
■ Low running cost
・ GVS-250: Maintenance is every two years in normal use. Reduced daily management costs
・ GVS-500E/501E/1000: If it is in normal use, maintenance is every year. Reduced daily management costs
■ Safety precautions
・ Clean exhaust specification. Do not flow toxic gas, explosion, risk of ignition, corrosion gas, drug, solvent, powder, etc.
・ Please note that we cannot accept maintenance for pumps that exhaust special gas.
・ A regular maintenance for one year or 8,000 hours is required under standard use conditions.
・ Use the surrounding temperature of 5 ° C to 40 ° C.
