About This Product
Anest Iwata developed the world's first oil -free dry crawl vacuum pump in 1992. It solves oil pollution and maintenance issues, and has been used by a wide range of customers, from physics and chemical's advanced industries to general applications.
Dry crawl vacuum pumps, which do not use oil in the gas passage in the pump and can be continuously exhausted from atmospheric pressure, have a large dry vacuum pump market, which was expensive and only used in some facilities. I spread it.
■ Characteristics
・ Corresponds to a wide range of pressure areas, from atmospheric pressure to reaching pressure
・ Dry crawl vacuum pumps are active in various vacuum environments, from accelerator to general -purpose vacuum market. There is no reverse diffusion of lubricating oil, and a clean vacuum is obtained.
It is resistant to repetition of the atmosphere and vacuum, and continuous operation near the atmosphere is possible.
・ Scroll that is highly efficient with low vibration and low noise. It is a low vibration and low noise because the process of intake, compression, and exhaust is continuous and has little torque fluctuation.
Since the inhalation room and the exhaust room are not adjacent, there is little leakage and high efficiency.
・ Because cooling water and lubricating oil are not used, installation and maintenance are easy. No inspection and exchange required for oil filters, lubricating oil, etc.
・ 1 to 20 PA is realized and up to 50-1000L/min.

・ Please note that we cannot accept maintenance for pumps that exhaust special gas.
・ Use the surrounding temperature of 5 ° C to 40 ° C (ISP-1000E is 10 ° C to 41 ° C).
