About This Product

■Introducing an environmental testing machine that creates simulated environmental conditions to examine the durability of concrete, as well as equipment that analyzes concrete bubble structure.

・Prefabricated constant temperature and humidity chamber ・Engineering meteorological equipment ・Bubble structure measuring device etc.

■Fully automatic operation autoclave curing device

・Product number: MIT-637-3-01 ・This is an autoclave tester that can reproduce the curing environment of a manufacturing factory in the laboratory. ・Centrifugal force high strength prestressed concrete pile (PHC) - Ideal for experiments to determine the mixing ratio of mixed materials such as exterior wall material lightweight aerated concrete panels (ALC), and for estimating product shipping dates.

■Features

- Temperature and pressure can be set arbitrarily from room temperature to maximum temperature, and from atmospheric pressure to maximum pressure, and automatic operation is possible. ・High pressure containers have passed national inspection. ・When the pressure drops, the pressure automatic exhaust valve is continuously controlled proportionally, and the pressure drop diagram is controlled linearly. ・Equipped with a safety device to prevent overtemperature and overpressure.
