・Product number: MIC-138-1-02 ・W-Checker is an air meter type unit water meter that can accurately measure the unit water volume of ready-mixed concrete. ・Using a high-precision digital air meter and scale, we achieve the following three points. "Simple" Anyone can easily measure without individual differences "Quick" Measurement results can be confirmed within 5 minutes "High precision" High precision of ±5kg/m3 ・In addition, measurement data is sent to the calculation PC via Bluetooth, so there is no need to input data or make mistakes. ・W-Checker (Double Checker) is also available for rental.

■Features

・Water injection method that does not require cutting work ・Uses a high-precision digital air meter (minimum reading value is 0.01%) ・The initial pressure point of the air meter can be arbitrarily determined within 95 to 120kPa. - Possible to calibrate measurement unit ・Traceability can be achieved for both mass measurement unit and air volume measurement unit. ・No need to modify measurement curves, conversion formulas, or correction formulas ・Suitable for high strength and high fluidity concrete - Equipped with a mini printer as standard, measurement results can be printed on-site.
