The CE7000-ASF is a product that combines the "auto sheet feeder unit (F-Mark2)" and "Cutting Rotta (CE7000-40)", which has automatic sheet media paper function.
Not only half -cut but also sewing machine cut (cutout) is possible, so it can be used for small lot production paper, POP production and package prototypes. We strongly support the automation and operational efficiency of the production process, and achieve a significant reduction in man -hours and reducing costs by saving people.

CE7000-ASF supports both half-cut and sewing machine cut (cutout). It can be used not only for labels, seals, ironing, but also for small lot production paper, POP production and package prototypes. In addition, if you use the special color function, you can process half -cut and sewing machine cut with one pass.
■ ASF only standard software "Imark Plus" (for Windows)
You can import the EPS format file created by Adobe Illustrator, the EPS format file created in CoreLDRAW, set the cut conditions to the cut -out, and output it to the cutting plotter.
Equipped with a preview screen, cut condition (output number, cut pressure, cut speed, dashed line cut length, number of passes, etc.), setting function, XY position adjustment function, as well as convenient functions that can save and read cut conditions for each paper. You can also use a special color function (a function to set the cut conditions individually) to process the dashed line and half cut with one pass.
In addition, the position of the CCD camera uses a 4mm square crop mark (dragonbox), so that the area of the media can be maximized, and it can be read at higher speed than the conventional dragonfly reading, so that productivity is further improved. Realizes.
Since this software does not occupy Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw when cutting output, there is no need to prepare an additional license.
