About This Product

■Three types of adhesives, Pitawan, Urepitan, and Pitafix, exhibit excellent adhesion to a variety of adherends for each application.

It can be used for a variety of purposes, and firmly fixes the adherend after the adhesive has hardened. Each product uses a tapered nozzle that is convenient for construction, and is easy to use.

■One-component modified silicone elastic adhesive PitaOne®

A one-component elastic adhesive that cures at room temperature and whose main ingredient is a special polymer. After curing, it becomes a strong rubber-like elastic body that exhibits excellent adhesion to many adherends. By retaining flexibility after curing, it relieves stress at the adhesive interface caused by shocks and vibrations, and maintains stable adhesive strength. Features

■Strong adhesiveness

・After curing, it exhibits strong adhesive properties. ・It has excellent adhesion to metals and hard plastics. ・By using a special primer, it is possible to adhere to various types of adherends. (SP-1A)

■Rubber elasticity

・Maintains elasticity even after curing and alleviates stress caused by vibration and impact. ・Follows the movement of the adherend due to temperature changes. ・Prevents damage to the adherend due to the rigidity of the adhesive.

■Curability

After installation, it hardens at room temperature and quickly develops its performance.

■Applications

・Adhesion and sealing effect in areas where shock and vibration occur ・Adhesion and sealing effect in areas where expansion and contraction occurs due to temperature and humidity ・Adhesion of materials with low surface strength

■Suitable base

Mortar, concrete, slate, metal (aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel), wood *Cannot be used for bonding parts that require structural strength. It cannot be used as a joint sealant. Even if the substrate is suitable, it may not be suitable depending on individual conditions.
