Can freely process flat and curved surfaces ・After self-cutting the surface of the porous chuck, the workpiece is fixed by suction. Achieves high precision machining ・NRG2000 is the result of the development of Nanotem's unique next-generation grinding technology that has been cultivated over the years, along with manufacturing technology for special diamond grinding wheels and large porous chucks, and provides processing solutions for the flat panel display industry, which continues to grow in size. Provide. ・A special feature of the special diamond whetstone is that the diamond part has a higher degree of bonding than the core part. If you press against the workpiece, the core will wear out faster. The diamond part is raised by approximately 10 microns (depending on the diamond particle size), and the workpiece is constantly in contact with the diamond. Diamond patterning increases the shared load on the workpiece, making it possible to maximize the efficiency of the grinding wheel.

The special diamond grinding wheel is a porous material with more than 40% pores, and by supplying water/air from inside, the surface condition of the workpiece can be controlled. In addition, by reducing damage to the workpiece, the next process can be shortened and product accuracy can be improved.
