About This Product

■Features

・Vise width 30mm, unique point selection ・Positioning of fixed block by mechanism (PAT.P) ・Ideal as a clamping jig for various types of extremely small workpieces with a repeatability accuracy of within 0.01mm. ・Maximum clamping force of 10KN. ・Deformed or irregularly shaped objects can be clamped by using the optional ferrule. -Both body and cap are all hardened and polished.

■Izumi's dependence vise system supports powerful and highly accurate workpiece machining.

As the cap bolt of the V fitting is tightened, the V fitting sinks, and the L cap, whose tapers are in close contact with each other, slides and clamps the workpiece. The wedge mechanism also generates force to hold the workpiece diagonally downward, so there is little lifting of the workpiece and strong clamping force (up to 20KN for the 50mm width type) can be obtained. Also, if the size of the workpiece changes, by moving the origin block (M block or C block in accordance with the serration pitch), it is possible to clamp the size and number of workpieces.
