About This Product
This product, which was easy to operate, and was designed to be movable from three types of parts, was commercialized by Hytorc more than 30 years ago. As a result, it has been evaluated as a large -diameter bolt tightening tool used in harsh sites around the world.
■ Characteristics of VERSA
・ Easy operability
VERSA is a very high cost performance tool. In the Versa series, the design of the three types of movable parts reduces the potential repairs and minimizes the work cost.
・ Unis Ibel
UNIS Iber is used in all HYTORC hydraulic tools (excluding ICE series) to achieve maximum positioning and safety.
・ Slim link
Hytorc has prepared Versa slim links for the overhead clearance or space around the nut. It is very slim and can be used at most sites.
Versa has been designed to be the most economical solution through the main body and hexagonal links, so we can provide the most economic solution.
■ Accessories
・ Reaction force pad
For example, it is an accessory that can ensure the reaction by adding the height if the reaction force cannot be obtained in a horizontal place such as the bolt next to it. It was developed to get the reaction force on the side of the flange.
・ Backup wrench
Replaced backup wrenches are available from 1-7/16 inch to 3-1/8 inches. Attach a backup wrench to the nut on the other side and tighten the nut with a torque wrench. Please remove the backup wrench after closing. No hammer is required to remove the backup wrench. Easy and safer than other methods.
Work is slower than using hitting span and hammer. In addition, there is no danger of holding your hand because you do not need to hold it by hand when tightening. Hytorc has two types: hydraulic backup wrench and mechanical manual backup wrench. There are four benefits of backup wrench.
The first is the opposite nut. There is no danger of sandwiching the second because it does not hold by hand. The third is safety improvement. No hammer is required. The fourth is safe and more efficient than other methods, improving productivity and safety.
・ Alco arm
It is an extension of an extension that is used if you want to take a place that does not reach with a normal reaction force, that is, in a place that is away from the reaction force.
