About This Product

■Compatible with Underfloor Heating

・A urethane resin adhesive for joists, plywood, flooring, and steel floor posts ・Certified to JAIA F☆☆☆☆, JAIA 4VOC, JAI 14, and JIS A 5536, TC0307129

■Main Applications

・An adhesive for wood-based flooring materials and wood-based substrate materials. ・Bonding joists to subfloor plywood and boards ・Bonding wood flooring materials for underfloor heating ・Bonding plasterboard, decorative boards, calcium silicate board, slate, and similar materials ・Bonding stair treads ・Bonding steel and resin floor posts to mortar and concrete

■Features

・The first adoption of an eco container that can be used either by hand squeezing or with a gun. When squeezing by hand, gradually twisting the film from the bottom lets you squeeze it out to the last drop with little waste. *A dedicated holder is required when using a gun. ・It contains no regulated substances such as formaldehyde and no substances covered by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare guidelines. ・Because it contains no plasticizers, there is little degradation of properties at high temperatures, and it does not attack insulation materials such as expanded polystyrene. ・After curing, its tough rubber elasticity greatly reduces floor squeaks and adhesive tacking noise.

■Application Precautions

・Adhesive may flow out from the nozzle tip. When opening, take care not to get adhesive on the flooring or other surfaces. ・Do not mix with solvents or other materials. ・Remove dust, dirt, oil, and moisture from the substrate thoroughly before applying. ・Avoid using it at the same time as materials that release alcohol components, such as alcohol-containing solvents and silicone sealants and adhesives. ・If it gets on the surface of the flooring material, wipe it off completely and promptly with a dry cloth or similar. Once cured, it may become impossible to remove. ・Avoid using it on hard-to-bond materials such as PP and PE or on materials outside the intended applications.

■Precautions

・If it gets on the skin, wash it off promptly with soap and then wipe it off with a rag or similar. ・Keep away from open flames. ・Take care to protect it from rain, avoid direct sunlight, and store it in a cool, dark place. ・If it gets in the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and consult a physician if necessary. ・Store out of the reach of children. ・Do not use for any purpose other than the intended use. ・Do not eat, drink, or smoke while handling the product. ・This product contains 1% or more of 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, so contact with the skin or inhalation of its vapors may cause poisoning.
