About This Product

This machine automatically applies labels to a wide variety of bags at high speed. Equipped with an in-house developed suction unit, it enables efficient and accurate label application. The automatic label applicator for empty bags (Hari Pettan) can accurately and automatically apply labels at high speed to Boardon bags (thicknesses as thin as 0.015~0.02mm are possible) and stand-up pouches (optional).

■Product Description

The "Hari Pettan" automatic label applicator for empty bags is a high-performance machine that automatically performs highly accurate label application on thin bags such as Boardon bags and stand-up pouches. It adopts a unique suction unit unaffected by static electricity, achieving high-speed, stable label feeding. It can handle bags as thin as 0.015~0.02mm in particular, streamlining the work of applying labels to bags of various sizes and shapes.

・Label size: liner width 20mm~100mm, label width 18mm~95mm ・Roll size: outer diameter 200mm, core inner diameter 40mm/75mm ・Bag size: bag width 150mm~320mm, bag length 250mm~450mm

・Stand-up pouch support ・Additional bag types ・Spare bag supply tray (one spare tray set is included as standard)
