About This Product

■Summary"HPX-1 Plus" is a computed radiography reader that has the ability to handle ultra-long plates, custom plates, and rigid cassettes.

■Main featuresIt features improved optics for increased imaging performance, faster plate processing, an improved imaging plate transport system, higher reliability, and easier-to-use DICONDE-compliant software. Extra long plates are available in a wide range of sizes up to 60 inches long and 70mm to 14 inches (355mm) wide.

■Super high image quality・Pixel pitch: 25μm, 35μm, 50μm, 100μm
・Spatial resolution: 50μm or more (12lp/mm)
・Laser spot size: 20μm (measured at 85% of peak)

■Dual air filter (including HEPA)Clean air is essential for cooling equipment and keeping the imaging area clean. HPX-1Plus is the only system with dual filters for use in outdoor environments.

■Plate conveyance systemThe HPX-1 Plus' plate transport system always minimizes contact with the imaging plate. Unlike magnetic blade drive systems that require proprietary imaging plates (which can be costly) or drum systems where the use of plate protection covers is recommended to prevent plate damage, the HPX-1Plus offers imaging The plate can be transported with the photostimulable phosphor screen facing up using a transport system that has been proven to not damage the plate.

■Positive pressure fan compatible with harsh NDT environmentsNDT's working environment can be harsh. Drum scanners and flatbed scanners collect surface dust and dirt, which can be carried into the system and affect images. The HPX1-Plus is the only commercially available CR system with positive airflow to expel dust and dirt from the device.

■Flexibility of imaging plateThe HPX-1 Plus can handle paired plates, multiple plates at once, odd-sized plates (using plate carriers), and rigid cassette long plates (up to 85 inches) without the need for special feed guides. , the most flexible CR system on the market.
