About This Product

■Summary

Compatible with diagnosis of low-speed rotating bearings from 1 to 150 rpm. Newly developed proprietary signal processing extracts and indexes AE signals when bearing abnormalities occur, and displays diagnostic results on the spot. Features

■Easy operation

Simply enter the shaft rotation speed of the object to be measured and start measurement, and the results (diagnosis parameters and results) are displayed on the spot.

■Newly developed diagnostic logic

Using our unique signal processing and diagnostic logic, we extract AE when bearing abnormality occurs.

■Data management/analysis function

・Display measured waveforms and frequency analysis waveforms (FFT) on the spot ・Data can be saved on a memory card and managed and analyzed on a computer ・Through output of AE signal can be observed with an oscilloscope, etc. (Connection cable is optional)

■Principle (typical diagnostic parameters)

The MK-560 performs signal processing such as amplification, filtering, and envelope detection processing for AE generated from low-speed rotating bearings, and performs diagnosis by quantifying components that deviate from normal signals.

■E_ratio (E ratio)

The ratio of AE (event AE) that exceeds the set event detection level to the "average amplitude" during one rotation of the shaft is used as a diagnostic index for the bearing condition. The parameter E_ratio is the average value of the ratio over the measured rotational speed (patented technology).

■E_area

When determining the amplitude frequency distribution of the measured AE detection signal, in the case of a damaged bearing, an asymmetrical distribution appears on the high amplitude side with respect to the most frequent amplitude. On the other hand, in the case of a normal bearing, the distribution is almost symmetrical, so diagnosis is made by quantifying and comparing the asymmetric spread of the amplitude distribution. That number is the parameter E_area (patented technology).
