About This Product

This is a continuous gas analyzer that uses a semiconductor laser as a light source.

■Features

We employ single-spectrum absorption spectroscopy in the near-infrared region of gas molecules. This method has the characteristics of high selectivity, high sensitivity, and good stability in principle. Furthermore, by adopting a sample non-aspiration method (direct insertion method) that does not require a sampling device, it is possible to continuously measure gas under conditions of high temperature, high pressure, and highly corrosive gas, which were previously difficult to measure. It has a short length and is ideal for process control.

■High selectivity due to adoption of single absorption line spectroscopy.

Since we select absorption lines that do not overlap with coexisting gases and use single absorption line absorption spectroscopy, there is almost no interference effect.

■Using spectrum modulation, there is no drift and is not affected by dust or dirt on the window.

Utilizing the wavelength tunability of the semiconductor laser, changes in transmittance between the non-absorbing part and the absorption peak of the absorption band of the measurement gas are constantly detected, so there is no drift and there is no possibility of dust or dirt on the window. Not affected.

■Not affected by temperature and pressure.

When the temperature and pressure of the sample gas change, by inputting temperature and pressure signals from the outside, a special algorithm automatically corrects the error in spectral spread.

■Adoption of direct insertion method

The direct insertion method has a short response time and allows measurement without changing the state of the sample gas, making it possible to accurately measure gases that are difficult to measure with conventional methods.

■Easy to operate and no consumables.

There are no moving parts, so there is no need to replace consumables. The only maintenance required is cleaning of the optical parts every 3 months and gas calibration every 6 months.

■Measurement range

Any range from 0 to 5,000ppm HCl: 0~50ppm (minimum range) 0~5,000ppm (maximum range) O2: 0~1vol% (minimum range) 0~25vol% (maximum range) HCl/H2O: 0~50ppm / 0~50vol% (minimum range) 0~200ppm / 0~50vol% (maximum range)
