About This Product

■Applications

This is a device that is installed on the falling part of a relatively large-diameter pneumatic feed line or pipe passage, and removes iron from the powder and granules of food raw materials, chemical powder, etc. that pass through it.

■Features

・We have a wide variety of models available in different sizes, allowing you to choose according to your pipe diameter and processing capacity needs. -Equipped with a high magnetic force magnet bar with a surface magnetic flux density of 800mT or 1,000mT or more, it has outstanding capture ability and collects iron mixed in passing powder and granules. ・There is also a heat-resistant, high-magnetic force type that maintains high magnetic force without significant deterioration even after continuous use with powder and granular materials at temperatures up to 240℃. ・Since it is a permanent magnet that maintains high magnetic force semi-permanently, it is extremely labor-saving.
