About This Product

■ApplicationsEven a standard electromagnetic holder is an electrical component that can be adapted to handle faster workpiece handling such as with robot hands.

■Features- Added a circuit to strengthen ground fault protection.
- Added overcurrent protection. (RH-M302A)
-Easy to identify alarms by providing individual alarm indicator lights for abnormal current, abnormal voltage, and load. (The old model has one indicator light and is identified by the way it blinks.)
- By using a single pin signal terminal block, the size is reduced and the number of pins increases.
- The housing sheet metal has been standardized across the series, making it approximately 70% smaller in volume, approximately 60% smaller in installation area, and approximately 75% smaller in mass than the previous model. (RH-M210C)
- Adopts microcomputer control and is designed to output constant voltage for AC100-220V ±10% power supply. As a result, in addition to making the RH-M105B and RH-M205B into one model, it can now be used throughout Japan. (RH-M302A/305A)
・In order to make wiring work easier even when the rectifier body is installed, we have changed the location of the wiring terminal block so that wiring work can be done from the front panel side.

■Features of RH-M303A-6/24 series- FET is used in the output circuit, providing high-speed and stable demagnetization performance. It can also withstand frequent use.
- PWM output control provides a stable output voltage that is unaffected by power fluctuations and differences in power frequency, even at weak output settings.
- Compatible with wide power supply from AC100 to 220V.
- Rated output voltage 24V/6V can be selected using a dip switch. (Also compatible with KE-1B)
- Comes with a demagnetizing function. (Alternate attenuation/single reverse excitation can be selected by dip switch)
- Equipped with weak excitation adjustment function.  

■In-panel installation typeSimple structure of printed circuit board and chassis suitable for installation inside machine power supply panel

■Cover type・Model with a dedicated cover added to the in-panel installation type
・Equipped with a power indicator light on the panel surface

■Case storage type・A model based on the in-panel installation type, which can be placed in a special case and installed on the side of the machine.
・Equipped with power indicator light, voltmeter, magnetic force adjustment volume, and degaussing volume
