About This Product

■Applications

By using the low magnetic force control function, distortion removal processing similar to that of an electromagnetic chuck can be performed. Workpiece positioning can be done easily by using the low magnetic force control function. (During low magnetic force control, it will be in a continuous energized state. If it is used for a long time under low magnetic force control, the precision displacement due to the heat generated by the permanent electromagnetic chuck itself may affect machining accuracy to some extent.)

■Features

By using this product, it is possible to control low magnetic force (weak adsorption), which is difficult with permanent electromagnetic chucks. With conventional permanent electromagnetic chucks, if you want to set the magnetic force low during strain relief grinding, it is necessary to demagnetize the chuck, lower the magnetizing voltage, and reattach it. This model has a control that allows continuous energization only in the low output range, so it is possible to continuously finely adjust the low magnetic force range by turning the volume like an electromagnetic chuck. Provides the possibility of strain relief grinding in permanent electromagnetic chucks. Additionally, low magnetic force control allows for smooth workpiece positioning.
