About This Product

■Applications

It rectifies the input from the AC power supply to DC and instantaneously outputs the excitation current to the permanent electromagnetic chuck. Additionally, an automatic degaussing circuit operates to reduce the residual attraction force of the permanent electromagnetic chuck.

■Features

・The EP chuck master is a power supply device exclusively for permanent electromagnetic chucks, and can be used commonly for EPT, EPTW, and EPZ-U types. - Extremely effective automatic degaussing is activated by microcomputer control. - Adsorption power can be adjusted.
