About This Product

■Summary

It is equipped with all the basic shape measurement functions of the NH series, allowing you to measure the cross-sectional shape of lenses and molds, and measure curvature and center coordinates all at once using dedicated software. Features

■Optical measurement evaluation using image processing

The measurement optical system shown in the lower right figure magnifies the focused image of parallel light (pinhole slit image) with a microscope lens, and captures the image with a CCD camera. The optical characteristics of the lens are evaluated by performing image processing on the image.

■Simultaneous measurement of multiple microlens arrays (MLA)

Dedicated matrix measurement software memorizes the array pattern and allows smooth automatic measurement. Ideal for research and development and quality control of MLA, which is becoming increasingly finer and larger in area. function

■Lens shape measurement (measurement using laser probe)

・Radius of curvature and center coordinates of each lens surface ・Roundness ・Vertex height, XY coordinates ・Cross section/3D shape measurement, surface roughness measurement

■Optical property evaluation (measurement using image processing)
