■Summary

The Nikon CFI60-2's superior optical system provides excellent images for both visual observation and digital imaging. This inverted microscope is equipped with a variety of reflected illumination observations and is ideal for research and development as well as for inspecting industrial materials and parts. A highly functional model that achieves a significant reduction in depth and high rigidity by adopting a box-shaped form. The operation section/microscope information panel centrally located on the front supports efficient observation.

・Inverted metallurgical microscope capable of versatile observation CFI60-2 objective lens Nikon's innovative design achieves both high NA and long working distance. Clear bright field, dark field, simple polarization, and differential interference observation can be performed with high operability. ・Microscope digital camera Digital Sight series Captures high-definition microscope images. By acquiring objective lens and magnification switching setting information with NIS-ELEMENTS and automatically changing appropriate calibration data, you can use image measurement and analysis functions efficiently. *When used in combination with a status detection revolver or an electric revolver/revolver controller. ・Various observation methods Reflected illumination: bright field, dark field, simple polarization, differential interference ・Digital Imaging A microscope digital camera and image processing software enable high-quality image acquisition and a variety of measurements and analyses. ・Ergonomic design: Adopts an innovative box-shaped form. It takes up 1/3 the space compared to conventional models and is highly robust, reducing blurring during high-magnification observations. In addition, the control unit is placed on the front. Thorough front operation provides unprecedented ease of use. ・Accessories We support a variety of observation methods depending on the observation method/purpose to suit the application of industrial microscopes for various industrial fields. A robust sample stage equipped with a wide range of plates makes it possible to observe large and small parts and resin-embedded cross sections. - Grain size measurement: Measures grain size based on JIS and ASTM standards and displays the results. ・Graphite nodularity measurement Based on JIS and ASTM standards, measures the graphite nodularity of polished cast iron and displays the results. ・Improved working distance: By combining a conventional lens that uses the phenomenon of light refraction with a phase Fresnel lens that uses the phenomenon of light diffraction, it is possible to secure a longer working distance than before.
