In complex manufacturing processes using a microscope, the SZX-AR1 projects and displays the following information within the field of view of the microscope, supporting work with fewer mistakes. Images, videos, reticles, gauges, annotations. This feature allows workers to concentrate on their work while checking instructions without taking their eyes off the eyepiece.

■Resolving problems in the manufacturing process in a remote environment

Even if a manager is not at the site when a problem occurs in the manufacturing process, the manager can connect to the SZX-AR1 using a conference system such as Microsoft Teams and directly check the image within the microscope field of view seen by assembly workers. While doing so, remote instruction is possible. You can also write instructions within the field of view of the microscope. It records images and videos of work to efficiently support problem identification and early resolution.

■Contributes to early training of workers, improves training efficiency

SZX-AR1 allows you to train more efficiently. By sharing images within the microscopic field of view, trainers can guide workers through each step of assembly and clearly demonstrate whether parts are assembled correctly. Workers can concentrate on training without taking their eyes off the eyepiece.

■Remote training realized

Previously, trainers had to travel to various locations depending on the situation, but by connecting remotely with the SZX-AR1, time and costs can be reduced. You can also use the reproduction function of the copper in the microscope field to self-study by watching videos of model work.

■Providing a work environment tailored to each individual

Supports comfortable working posture. By combining the ergonomically designed lens barrel with a tilt mechanism and the optional love point adjuster, the worker can continue working in a posture that suits him/her.
