About This Product

■A set of NW/KF flanges for ultra-high vacuum, dedicated helical & delta, and dedicated clamps. QDS: Quick Disconnect System

・Quick Disconnect System (QDS) can be used in combination with the Helicoflex series to achieve ultra-high vacuum while significantly shortening installation time. ・Available from NW/KF small diameter to custom-made products. ・The RH type can be tightened by remote control, making it suitable for reducing worker exposure, in radioactive environments, and when maintenance space is limited (video included).

・Structural verification completed using FEA (finite element analysis) ・Non-magnetic (optional) ・Supports from NW/KF10 to large diameter ・Significant reduction in installation time ・Space saving ・RH type can be fastened by remote control (video included) ・Achieve ultra-high vacuum with a set of dedicated flange, helicopter/delta, and dedicated clamp. ・Pressure range: Ultra-high vacuum to high pressure ・Proven long-term soundness - Structure that prevents piping from twisting
