About This Product

It communicates with the handler device to obtain automatically set module LED images, and allows sorting work to be performed based on light characteristic information and pass/fail judgment results.

■Adopts an XYZ image acquisition camera that is similar to the human eye

The two-dimensional color temperature meter uses a revolutionary camera that can cover the human color gamut by implementing a filter that can apply CIE XYZ color matching functions to the camera.

■Summary

This is a system that directly acquires the entire XYZ color gamut, which is impossible to capture with RGB images, instantly and in the same measurement time. Surface light sources such as LED lighting can be acquired all at once without scanning, and when combined with a handler, inline evaluation, judgment, and sorting can be achieved at high speed and with high accuracy.

■Features

- Acquires XYZ image data with a wider color gamut compared to RGB images. - The angle correction function takes light distribution into consideration, making it possible to measure and evaluate the chromaticity, luminous intensity, and color temperature of a wide range of light sources, not only in front but also in the surrounding area. ・Compared to spectroscopic methods, it is possible to perform a large amount of measurement and evaluation in a short period of time without scanning as two-dimensional images are acquired all at once. -Supports synchronous measurement of pulse lighting light sources. - Provides DLL for control programming.

■Configuration diagram

The measurement timing of the camera and the lighting timing of the light source to be measured can be synchronized using the signal output from the camera and the signal output from the external signal connector bracket of the PC, allowing measurement to be performed with pulse lighting.
