About This Product

■STATOGRAPH® series

The STATOGRAPH series is used for surface crack inspection using eddy current scanning probes. The device is used not only stationary, but also mobile. Stationary scanning coils scan the surface or area of ​​a rotating inspection part. The continuous operation of an eddy current probe inspects only a small area of ​​the entire area in a single instant. Compared to the narrow surface area scanned by the probe, small material defects create large disturbances. The probe therefore exhibits maximum resolution of even the smallest material defects. The probe of a rotary sensor system scans at high rotational speed in a circular orbit close to the surface of the test material that is moved longitudinally. STATOGRAPHECM (CE) is a specialized device for crack detection and is suitable as an initial installation unit. STATOGRAPHDS is an eddy current flaw detection system with digital system technology for automatic, high resolution, online defect inspection. This is a device that detects surface flaws on metal parts such as automobiles using a dedicated sensor (probe) using the eddy current method, and is often used as an in-line flaw detection system by being incorporated into a dedicated component flaw detection mechanism.

■STATOGRAPH ECM

A compact eddy current flaw detector packed with a wealth of functions. Flaw detection conditions can be freely set according to the inspection requirements of various production lines. You can easily create multiple channels. Not only can it be used standalone, but it can also be installed in parallel with other ECM products. A wide variety of optional functions are available depending on the inspection supply.
