■Leakage flux detection products

CIRCOFLUX is a large-scale leakage magnetic flux flaw detection system that is mainly used for quality assurance purposes such as black-skinned round bars and seamless steel pipes. We have evolved the electrical equipment and control to the latest DS2000 and achieved networking. The new magnetic leakage flux flaw detection system, which combines the world's top market share, excellent detection ability, and PCization, can be used not only as a flaw detector but also as part of a production control system.

■ROTOMAT sensor system

This is the rotating mechanism of a flaw detection system that primarily detects vertical flaws (longitudinal flaws) on the outer and inner surfaces of seamless steel pipes. Judgment and evaluation are performed separately for external surface flaws and internal surface flaws.

■Basic specifications

・Sensor system that tests DC magnetic field leakage flux using a rotating probe ・Highest detection sensitivity according to API/ASTM standards for longitudinal defect detection of seamless and welded steel pipes ・Inspected material diameter 20-520mm - Latest filter technology and digital evaluation algorithms allow internal and external defects to be measured separately
