■Leakage flux detection products

CIRCOFLUX is a large-scale leakage magnetic flux flaw detection system that is mainly used for quality assurance purposes such as black-skinned round bars and seamless steel pipes. We have evolved the electrical equipment and control to the latest DS2000 and achieved networking. The new magnetic leakage flux flaw detection system, which combines the world's top market share, excellent detection ability, and PCization, can be used not only as a flaw detector but also as part of a production control system.

■CIRCOFLUX sensor system

A sensor system that tests AC magnetic field leakage flux using a rotating probe.

■Basic specifications

・Highest detection sensitivity for surface defects in hot-rolled ferromagnetic materials ・Inspected material diameter 10-180mm - Swivel test lever can handle non-straight materials and protects the test head from damage or destruction. ・Central control of inspection size according to the diameter of the inspected material, minimizing the risk of misadjustment ・Automatic size adjustment function reduces setup changeover time
