■Leakage flux detection productsCIRCOFLUX is a large-scale leakage magnetic flux flaw detection system that is mainly used for quality assurance purposes such as black-skinned round bars and seamless steel pipes. We have evolved the electrical equipment and control to the latest DS2000 and achieved networking. The new magnetic leakage flux flaw detection system, which combines the world's top market share, excellent detection ability, and PCization, can be used not only as a flaw detector but also as part of a production control system.

■CIRCOFLUX DSThis is a flaw detection system that detects whether there are vertical flaws (longitudinal flaws) on the surface of steel bars, steel pieces, pipes, etc. with round cross sections. Silcoflux is mainly applicable to high-quality black-skinned magnetic materials, which are directly integrated into the production line. The test material is magnetized by two high-power, alternating field yokes within a rotating head. Two detection heads rotate simultaneously and scan the surface of the material in a spiral pattern.
