■Product DescriptionThis high-precision battery case is manufactured by combining advanced welding techniques such as laser welding, TIG welding, and spot welding with precision pressing technology.
While conventional "deep drawing" requires expensive molds, our manufacturing process uses a welded structure, allowing us to offer low costs and short lead times.
It achieves highly flexible shapes without depth limitations while maintaining precision approaching that of machined parts. We offer flexible support from prototype development to mass production.

• Maintains high dimensional accuracy and appearance quality through high precision comparable to machined parts, a rigorous airtightness testing system, and advanced welding and pressing technologies. Helium leak testing and penetrant testing (PT) are possible,

guaranteeing reliability suitable for vacuum environments and aerospace applications.
