About This Product

TENDO Silver is an affordable entry into the world of hydraulic expansion technology, offering the best value for money in direct clamping. The nine interfaces make the TENDO Silver a high-precision clamping device with a standard external contour according to DIN 69882-7 and excellent process reliability.

■Advantages and features

High flexibility: clamping of different diameters, direct clamping of Φ6 - Φ32 or flexible clamping with a combination of slotted or coolant-resistant intermediate sleeves - Tools can be replaced with micron precision in just a few seconds without any peripheral equipment. In addition to the time-saving effect of shortening setup changeover time, there is no investment or energy cost associated with adding clamping equipment. ・Excellent vibration damping mechanism: Prevents microscopic dust, maintains the work surface in optimal condition, protects the machine shaft, and extends the service life of the tool, leading to cost reductions. - All commercially available shank types can be clamped: smooth cylindrical shank, shank form A, form AB, compatible with DIN 1835 and DIN 6535 HA; shank form B, with flat seat and cylindrical shank with drawing surface, suitable for DIN 1835 and DIN 6535 HB, form B Form B Side pulling surface, DIN 1835 shank Form B Form E Inclined clamping surface, DIN 1835 and DIN 6535 HE Compatible Form E with finely balanced default settings Suitable for high speeds, balance class G2.5 at 25,000 RPM - Permanent runout and repeatability less than 0.003 mm Uniform cutting action, long tool life, reduced cost of new tool grinding and procurement ・Accurate length preset Length adjustment within 0.01mm accuracy range, adjustment movement width 10mm Comprehensive compatibility ideally combined with TRIBOS SVL tool extensions ・Internal groove removes dirt and preserves transmitted torque: oil, grease or lubricant residues can be removed into the foreign material groove, thus maintaining a dry clamping surface
